ARTICLED TRAINEE REQUIRED

We are a team of half a dozen chartered accountants, who have just started, and is growing exponentially. We require articled trainee, who has just passed Chartered Accountancy Professional Level II Examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.

We do not have audit of banks and financial institutions and insurance sectors. We do not have much public sector audits.

But we do possess sufficient skill, knowledge and processes to train the articled trainees so that the objective laid by CA curriculum is met.

We can assure that after three years of working with us, the particular person will be able to:

(a) Identify what audit risk is,
(b) How audit opinion is formed,
(c) What should be the wording of opinion to safeguard themselves from regulatory and compliance challenges, auditors are facing,
(d) How audit documentation is done, from pre-engagement process to completion of audit
(e) Identify the compliances that, both, the auditors and the business community need to follow along with the possible impact of non-compliances
(f) Identify what is expected of a Chartered Accountant (i.e., the expectation from regulators, government authorities, public at large and business community and striking the balances so that the independence of auditor is not hampered

For this, the candidate must possess following qualities:
(a) Willingness to work following processes,
(b) Ability to work in team,
(c) Focus on work and quick in mind to deliver the expectation of seniors and principles
(d) Commitment to work, and study the texts of NFRS, NFRS for SMEs, NAS for Micro Entities, NAS for Not-for-Profit Organizations, tax laws, other laws and regulations governing clients’ business
(e) Ability to manage time for work, life, study balances
(f) Ownership over the firm and its work
(g) Hunger for the excellence in every work, whether it is too small or too big
